Additional Rules

If both homes are rented by separate parties, please be conscientious of noise after 9pm out of respect for your neighbor. If you have become friends and are enjoying late night pool time together no problem.

Smoking in outdoor areas only.

Children must be closely watched as the pool is ungated. Please talk with all parties about the importance of water safety.

The houses are on a higher level than the parking area, exercise caution around the edge of the gardens.

Casas Cerros Cerritos is a wonderful place to host a wedding, reception or event - this is available at an additional cost. Please inquire through our Events form. Events are not allowed unless approved.

Unapproved events incur a $2,000 USD fine.
